 物理实验(2)

研究领域

研究对象:
低维量子材料,特别是高温超导体、拓扑绝缘体等。
样品制备:
使用分子束外延生长技术(MBE)实现高质量材料的获得及精确的可控生长。注重探寻高温超导的新体系。
探测手段:
使用极低温强磁场扫描隧道显微镜技术(STM/STS)研究样品的新奇性质,并结合高分辨的角分辨光电子能谱技术(ARPES)达到对样品电子行为的实空间和动量空间的共同表征。

新近发展了低温强磁场扫描微波阻抗显微技术(s-MIM),可在微米尺度表征样品的电导率和介电常数。将研究的领域拓展至多铁、铁电、磁性绝缘体、玻璃态等复杂氧化物体系。

 

欢迎热爱凝聚态实验物理的本科生来实验室参观。每年拟招收博士研究生1-2名,也欢迎优秀的博士后加盟合作。
