Research work has been done on the following fields:

1. Physics of low-dimensional nanostructures.

2.The fabrication, property, and application of one-dimensional semiconductor nanowires and related materials.

3. Vortex State and dynamics of Unconventional Superconductors: numerical study

Current research interest includes:

1. The assembling technology study of micro-structure and nano-structure.

2. Carbon nanotube electronics: The MOS-FET device made by Carbon Nanotube- structure, fabrication, and properties.
