1. Growth and properties of functional oxide thin films with perovskite structure

a. Growth of ferroelectric thin films, high-Tc superconductor thin films, and CMR thin films;

b. Phase separation in oxide thin films with perovskite structure;

c. Artificial design of multi-layer functional oxide thin films;

d. Strain effects on the oxide thin films

2. Nano-magnetism

a. Magnetization process of magnetic nano-particles and ultra-thin films;

b. Spin transport in nano magnetic structures;

c. Design of magnetic nano-structures and devices
