研究领域

魏洋副研究员主要从事碳纳米管等低维材料的物性、器件物理及应用研究,在低维器件、纳米材料及器件的显微表征、碳纳米管图形化衬底、碳纳米管与功能氧化物的复合结构、新型电子源等研究方向上取得了创新成果。

主要论著

在国际知名杂志上发表了70多篇文章,其中包括《PNAS》、《Advanced Materials》、《Nano Letters》、《ACS Nano》等,总引用次数超过2000次,H-因子25。国际及中国专利授权超过100项。
