研究领域

低维量子材料以其丰富的物理和新奇的量子现象,成为凝聚态物理的重要研究方向。我们的研究聚焦于新型的二维材料(例如石墨烯、新型过渡金属硫族化合物新成员PtSe2等)以及各种由不同层状材料组成的人工复合异质结构(例如石墨烯/氮化硼、准晶石墨烯、凯库勒石墨烯、拓扑绝缘体/高温超导体等)。我们利用多种尖端电子能谱技术,研究量子尺寸效应对电子结构、自旋结构、能隙调控的影响,以及异质界面处的耦合和近邻效应。通过测量量子材料处于平衡态(静态)和非平衡态(动态)的电子结构,我们可以直接获得电子能量、动量、自旋以及时间等多维信息,探索与材料特性直接相关的物理机制。详细介绍见http://info.phys.tsinghua.edu.cn/zhou

主要研究方向:

· 基于激光光源的超快时间(~100飞秒)分辨的超快时间分辨角分辨光电子谱(TrARPES),探索光激发载流子的超快动力学、光导致的弗洛凯能带工程调控及光诱导的瞬态物性调控等。

· 利用NanoARPES、MicroARPES、SpinARPES等精密实验测量技术,探索二维材料异质结的能带调控,尤其是界面耦合、转角、应力等对能带及关联效应的调控作用
