研究领域 |
主要研究低维材料体系在低温强磁场下的量子输运特性。研究方法利用微纳加工技术制备输运器件,并通过电场、磁场以及原位离子调控方法原位研究其输运性能。研究体系包括拓扑绝缘体、量子反常霍尔效应、量子相变、二维层状材料和一维纳米材料等。 欢迎热爱凝聚态实验物理的学生加入我们研究团队。每年拟招收博士研究生1-2名,并提供有竞争力的科研助理和博士后岗位。 |
