研究领域

低维碳纳米材料电子学。

开展了以下方面系列研究:

1. 电场催化可控制备低维碳纳米材料

2. 电子与低维碳纳米材料作用

3. 低维碳纳米材料真空电子学

通过电场催化的方法制备了高纯半导体碳管(CNT)阵列;发展了快速表征大面积二维材料晶体结构的低能量透射衍射成像方法,适合表征吸附结构;研究了单根手性指数确定的CNT电子发射和高温输运,研制的CNT场发射中和器成功在轨工作,提出了可实现无次生发射的CNT阵列“电子黑体”阳极以及可同时提高电子透过率和电场均匀性CNT膜栅极,制备的CNT光源应用于温室气体监测。部分成果发表在Nat Catal, Nat Comm, Sci Adv, Nat Rev Electr Eng, PNAS, AM, AFM等杂志。

主持及参加国家自然科学基金和科技部重点研发计划项目多项。
