Title:Dark interactions of neutrinos in the early universe

Abstract:Neutrinos are often viewed as a portal to new physics beyond the standard model. It is tempting to consider the possibility that they might interact secretly with new dark particles. In this talk, I will discuss some interesting roles of such dark interactions of neutrinos in the early universe, including their influence on the effective number of relativistic neutrino species (Neff), the possibility of dark matter frozen in from neutrinos, neutrino signals from galactic dark matter annihilation, and the formation of neutrino bound states (neutrino stars).

Bio:许勋杰,2007年至2016年就读于清华大学并获博士学位;2016年至2021年先后在德国海德堡马普研究所和比利时布鲁塞尔自由大学从事博士后研究工作;2021年9月回国入职中科院高能物理研究所。主要研究方向和兴趣为中微子,暗物质,宇宙学等。
