Title: Effective Field Theories of Electroweak Physics and Dark Matter

Abstract: The method of effective field theory, whose early applications include chiral Lagrangian for low-energy phenomena of QCD, has been used in studying the phenomenology of electroweak physics and dark matter in recent years. In this talk, we will introduce our recent progress on this topic, including precision measurement of electroweak parameters, effective field theory of dark matter, minimal dark matter, composite Higgs, and pseudo-Nambu-Goldstone dark matter.

Bio: 张宏浩，中山大学物理学院教授，博士生导师。他主要研究粒子物理与场论，特别是暗物质、有效场论、复合Higgs、超出标准模型的新物理等。
